Cancellation and Amendment Policy

• Guests may cancel or amend their reservations up to 30 days prior to arrival without penalty.
• For cancellations made less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total stay amount will be refunded.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of 75% of the total stay amount.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the total stay amount.

Regarding Refunds:

• This can only be made into the same bank account used to make the booking.
• Refund amount will be based on terms above
• Banking fees will be deducted
• Refunds can take up to 14 days to reflect back in your bank account.

Requests for date changes will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please note that rates may vary based on availability and seasonal pricing for the new booking period.

For reservations made through external service providers such as Booking.com, Expedia, and Airbnb, the terms and conditions of those providers will apply.
